Wander Bites is a travel content and itinerary brand that operates as a division of Bear Paradise LLC, a registered limited liability company based in the United States. As such, all purchases, services, and transactions made through Wander Bites are legally processed through Bear Paradise LLC.

You may notice that certain communications, invoices, and payment portals refer to Bear Paradise—this is intentional and reflects our parent company structure. Rest assured that the product or service you are purchasing is still the Wander Bites itinerary product you selected.

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that Wander Bites Travel is a brand under Bear Paradise LLC, and all terms, policies, and legal protections are enforced through the parent company.

Products and Services Covered

  1. Pre-Made Travel Itineraries (PDF Downloads):
    Ready-to-use travel plans designed by Wander Bites for specific destinations. These guides include hotel suggestions, tour links, dining recommendations, and tips but do not include booking services.

  2. Itinerary Templates (Make Your Own):
    Customizable templates to help you build your own travel itinerary. These templates are tools only and do not include destination-specific recommendations or bookings.

  3. Custom Trip Consultations:
    One-on-one planning sessions where we work with you to develop a personalized travel itinerary. This is a separate service and must be purchased independently. Full itinerary execution or booking is not included unless otherwise specified in writing.

  4. Travel Courses:
    Educational digital courses designed to help travelers plan smarter, pack better, travel safer, or explore more meaningfully. All course materials are the intellectual property of Bear Paradise LLC and are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

  5. Curated Lists & Travel Guides:
    Downloadable or digital guides featuring curated lists such as "Best Restaurants," "Top Attractions," or "Hidden Gems." These are for inspiration and reference only and do not include booking or personalized services.

  6. Freebies and Downloadable Resources:
     Occasionally, we offer free downloadable resources such as packing checklists, budgeting tools, or mini-guides. These are also covered under these Terms and remain the intellectual property of Bear Paradise LLC.

Terms & Conditions for Pre-Made Travel Itineraries

EFFECTIVE DATE: January 2025

By purchasing or downloading any itinerary (“Itinerary”) from Wander Bites Travel (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. NATURE OF PRODUCT

The Itinerary provided by Wander Bites Travel is a pre-designed digital travel guide intended to assist you in planning your own trip. It includes suggestions for accommodations, tours, restaurants, and activities, as well as links to third-party booking platforms.

Important: We do not book any services (e.g., flights, hotels, tours, transportation) on your behalf. You are solely responsible for making and managing all reservations using the links and information provided in the Itinerary.

2. NO CUSTOMIZATION OR TRAVEL AGENT SERVICES

Purchase of this product does not include any personalized trip planning services, travel agent support, or booking management. The product is sold as-is, and does not account for your specific preferences, travel requirements, or any changes in availability or pricing.

If you would like a fully customized itinerary or direct booking assistance, you must purchase our Custom Travel Planning Service, which is a separate offering and subject to additional fees and separate terms.

3. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Itinerary may include links to third-party websites (e.g., hotel websites, tour operators, booking platforms). These links are provided solely for your convenience. Wander Bites Travel has no control over and does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for:

  • The accuracy, availability, or safety of any third-party services or content

  • Any pricing discrepancies, booking errors, service quality, or customer experiences

  • Any cancellations, delays, or disruptions that occur with third-party providers

All bookings made using the links provided are between you and the third party, and are subject to the third party’s terms and conditions.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wander Bites Travel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, lost profits, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of or reliance on the Itinerary

  • Any actions, errors, or omissions by third-party providers

  • Any cancellations, delays, force majeure events, or travel disruptions

You agree to assume full responsibility for your travel arrangements and decisions.

5. NO WARRANTIES

The Itinerary is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We make no guarantees regarding the availability, quality, or experience of any suggested services or venues included in the Itinerary.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included in the Itinerary—including text, layout, recommendations, and formatting—is the intellectual property of Wander Bites Travel and may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, or shared publicly without prior written consent.

7. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the Itinerary has been delivered.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the Colorado, United States.

9. UPDATES AND REVISIONS
